Our gym is designed to meet the needs of every fitness enthusiast, offering a wide variety of high-quality equipment for cardio, strength, and functional training, along with restorative recovery options.
Gym Features
•Cardio equipment: recumbent and upright stationary bikes, ellipticals, treadmills each with heart rate monitoring capabilities
• Resistance machines: upper body, core, back, to lower body equipment with ability to adjust to fit your body set up in a full body circuit format
•Cable machines: two types with different starting weights and increments to fit your needs, also offers handle bars for pull ups and chin ups with every style of handle and strap you could need
•Smith machine: with plates and a bench nearby for exercises ranging from bench press to squats to overhead shoulder presses
•Traditional bench and shoulder press machines with plates for increased resistance
•Prayer bench: for isolated biceps curls
•Calf raiser: with option for plates
•Various benches over by the dumbbell section for various traditional lifting exercises like shoulder press
•Dumbbells up to 110pounds
•Pre-weighted barbells for walking lunges, squats, deadlifts
•Curves machines which offer pneumatic resistance, great for those who are intimidated by the resistance machines
•Padded jump boxes for high jumps
•Yoga mats, yoga block, swiss balls, weighted hula hoops, resistance bands/loops, yoga straps, pushup handles, ab roller, balance foam pads, bosu balls, kettlebells, weighted balls, and a range of lighter dumbbells for floor/mat work
•Hydromassage bed: like being in a hot tub with hot water jets that massage you – without having to get wet. Excellent for recovery from a tough exercise or for dealing with chronic pain
